What do we do with your information?

When you take our service, as part of the buying or selling process, we collect the personal information that you provide us such as Name, Address, Phone Number and Email Address and credit card information, and information regarding your subscription with us.

We collect personally identifiable information (“Personal Data”) from you when you voluntarily provide Personal Data to us. We use the Personal Data that we collect in order to provide and improve our services.

How do you get our consent?

When you provide us with personal information to complete the transaction, verify your credit card, and take our service, we imply that you consent to our services and using it for that specific reason only.

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

How do we withdraw our consent?

If you make payment through the gateway to complete your purchase, then gateway stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as it is necessary to complete the transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our company.

Use of Personal Data:

We use the Personal Data you provide in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy. If you provide Personal Data for a certain reason, we may use the Personal Data in connection with the reason for which it is provided. For instance, we will use the Personal Data you provide to bill you for the services on the subscription basis. In addition, when we receive your Personal Data which you have provided, we may use that Personal Data in order to contact you. We also use your Personal Data and non-personally-identifiable information collected from you to help us improving our services.

We never disclose any information to any other company in a manner that would identify you personally.

Fraud Prevention:

As part of our efforts to combat fraud, we record your IP address when you take our service, and confirm that the geographic location associated with your IP address matches the billing address information provided to us by you. This process allows us to detect and prevent certain fraudulent transactions from being processed through the Service (for example, a payment request associated with a U. S. billing address, but a non-U.S. IP address, may be declined).

Children:

The Services are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. Children aged under 18 should not submit any personal information without the permission of their parents or guardians. By using the services, you are representing that you are at least 18, or that you are at least 13 years old and have your parents’ or guardians permission to use our services. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
